The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay pleasant. We enjoyed a spacious room equipped with a fridge and microwave, which added convenience.

The breakfast service was inconsistent, with items running out early and not being promptly restocked, which led to disappointment.

Family-friendly getaway that stands out

The room was huge and comfortable, perfect for our family needs. The breakfast had so many options, way better than what we expected. My kids loved the pancakes with sausage!

I had a fantastic stay at the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites, Great Falls! The room was spacious and clean, which made unwinding a breeze. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially having it available early for those who need to catch flights. Plus, the location made commuting easy.

Limited options for late-night snacks nearby.

Our group had an awesome time! The hotel was a perfect base to explore activities like hiking and visiting the CM Russell Museum. We enjoyed great dining options nearby and even checked out Jackrabbit Red's Casino, which was just a mile away. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

The only downside was the lack of a freezer in the fridge. it made it tough to freeze our ice packs for the cooler.

Would definitely recommend for a city escape

Comfortable room, convenient location, including a spacious design that made for a pleasant stay with cozy beds and a decent breakfast to start the day, all just a short drive from the airport.
